Summary   
 
The, remote(USA) Senior Manager of Marketing (Field Marketing) will play a critical role in helping build a high functioning field marketing discipline at Forefront, the leading provider of dermatology services in the U.S., with more than 260 clinic locations. The person who assumes this role will be comfortable inhabiting a newly created position, one in which we hope to duplicate in all four of our regions and thus pair a strategic field marketing partner to each of our four senior regional operational leaders.  The person who assumes this role will be eager to identify growth opportunities in our clinics, create regional and local marketing strategies, excel at relationship management and be tactically accountable to delivering results. The person assuming this role should have knowledge across the B2B and B2C marketing spectrum, including retail point-of-sale, direct mail, out-of-home (OOH), digital demand generation, email communications, and media strategy.

 
Led by board-certified dermatologists and physician leaders in their field, Forefront’s 260+ locations comprise the nation’s largest and most prestigious provider of medical, surgical and aesthetic dermatological services. Forefront physicians provide advanced dermatological care for skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, rosacea, sun damage, eczema, melasma, fungal infections, and many other skin conditions. Forefront’s surgical dermatology services focus on advanced treatments, including Mohs surgery for precise skin cancer removal.  Forefront also has the fastest growing network of plastic surgery practices in the U.S. And in many locations, Forefront is leading the way in providing medical aesthetic services, ensuring these sought after treatments are provided by / overseen by board-certified dermatologists who are medical experts and leaders in the field of skin care. 


Responsibilities

Essential Functions  
 
Partner with their supervisor, the Senior Director of Field Marketing and Creative Services, to help build a strategic and sophisticated field marketing discipline at Forefront. Proactively identify growth opportunities at the regional and local level and partner with regional operational leaders and physicians to prioritize and allocate limited central services resources to create and execute marketing initiatives.   

  • Support the company’s strategic clinic growth initiatives, including but not limited to: 
    • Medical Aesthetic Pilots & Expansion of its Cosmetic Dermatology Services: help Forefront expand its medical aesthetic and cosmetic dermatology services at our clinics, ensuring these sought after treatments are provided by / overseen by board-certified dermatologists who are medical experts and leaders in the field of skin care. 
    • General Dermatology Utilization: Create and execute targeted marketing strategies aimed at achieving utilization targets in general dermatology clinics with available capacity, maximizing patient access.
    • De Novo Launches & Acquisition Integrations: Contribute to the development of marketing initiatives for new clinic launches and successful integration of acquisition targets to build brand presence and drive patient acquisition.
    • Physician Recruitment & M&A Demand Generation: Support marketing initiatives related to physician engagement, including retreats, American Academy of Dermatology (AAD) conferences, and patient education programs.  
  • Identify scalable ways to proactively support clinic requests for creative services and marketing outreach support with the goal of giving them self-service capabilities while preserving strategic marketing resources for large-scale, high impact initiatives.  
  • Local Marketing Planning: Create scalable ways to develop and execute local marketing campaigns, including direct mail, out-of-home (OOH) advertising, and media strategies, to increase clinic visibility and engagement within regional markets.
  • In-Center Awareness and Conversion Strategies: Develop point-of-service (POS) marketing materials and strategies for roll-out nationally, aimed at raising awareness within the clinic and encouraging existing clients to explore medical aesthetic treatment offerings.
  • Field Enablement:  implement field enablement tools and capabilities
  • Performs other related duties as assigned. 

Qualifications

Education & Experience 

  • Bachelor’s degree required 
  • 8+ years progressive marketing experience required 
  • Healthcare experience preferred 
  • Experience with multi-location, nationwide organizations preferred 

 

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities  

  • Marketing Strategies and Execution: Experience in multi-channel marketing (retail, direct mail, OOH, digital). 
  • Healthcare Marketing: Understanding of healthcare regulations, patient privacy, and multi-location care marketing. 
  • Field & Clinical Operations: Familiarity with the intersection of marketing and operations and managing marketing within a “house of brands” structure. 
  • Leadership & Collaboration: Ability to work with cross-functional teams, including C-suite, regional leaders, and clinical teams. 
  • Relationship Building & Influence: Ability to build strong internal relationships and influence stakeholders to drive and implement initiatives successfully. 
  • Product Knowledge: Willingness to become a subject matter expert in our product lines, including general dermatology treatments and medical aesthetic offerings.  
  • Project Management: Expertise in managing multiple campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals. 
  • Digital & Media Strategy: Knowledge of digital tactics, media planning, and paid media campaigns. 
  • Adaptability & Problem Solving: Ability to adapt in dynamic environments and resolve complex marketing challenges.  
  • Data Analysis & Reporting: Analytical skills to measure, report, and optimize marketing effectiveness. 
  • Communication & Presentation: Strong communication skills  

 

Physical Demands 

  1. Ability to communicate in an active multi-office environment. 
  2. Ability to efficiently operate all job related office equipment (telephone, computer, calculator, fax, copier). 
  3. Ability to communicate via telephone. 
  4. Ability to sit for large portions of a workday. 
  5. Ability to travel (up to 20% or 2- days/month on average) 

For this position, the base pay range is $115,000-$155,000 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education, certifications or training.
